Gift Wrapping

Master elegant Japanese wrapping techniques using cloth and paper. This specialized course teaches furoshiki fabric folding and decorative paper methods. We create boxes, bags, and containers from flat materials without tape. Students learn bow-making, ribbon work, and embellishment placement. Covers wrapping for bottles, books, and irregular shapes. Includes sustainable alternatives to commercial packaging.

Mathematical Folding

Explore geometry and mathematics through paper folding. This academic course demonstrates angle trisection, polygon construction, and problem-solving with folds. We examine Huzita-Hatori axioms and their applications. Students create geometric proofs and investigate computational origami. Suitable for mathematics enthusiasts and educators. No advanced maths background required - concepts explained clearly with hands-on demonstrations.

Therapeutic Folding

Use paper folding for relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction. This wellness course combines simple folding with breathing exercises and meditation. We focus on repetitive, calming patterns and gradual skill building. Students learn techniques suitable for anxiety management and cognitive therapy. Sessions include discussion of benefits for concentration and emotional regulation. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Architectural Models

Create buildings, bridges, and structures using paper engineering. This technical course combines folding with cutting and scoring techniques. We build scale models, pop-up mechanisms, and kinetic sculptures. Students learn structural stability principles and load distribution. Covers both realistic architecture and fantastical designs. Useful for architects, designers, and model-making enthusiasts. Requires precision and planning skills.

Money Folding

Transform banknotes into creative gifts and decorations. This novelty course teaches designs specifically for currency dimensions. We create flowers, shirts, hearts, and animals from notes. Students learn respectful handling and reversible folds that preserve bills. Perfect for unique gift-giving and party tricks. Covers multiple currency sizes. Course uses practice paper - students may bring own notes. Fun and practical.

Seasonal Crafts

Make decorations and cards for holidays throughout the year. This festive course covers Christmas ornaments, Easter designs, Halloween figures, and celebration pieces. We work with themed papers and create both traditional and contemporary styles. Students learn quick projects suitable for craft fairs and family activities. Includes templates and instruction sheets for teaching others. New themes introduced each season with repeat enrolment options.

Good course overall. The techniques are well demonstrated, and the pace suited me perfectly. I learned 15 different models in six weeks. My only note would be that I'd appreciate more complex geometric designs in the advanced section, but for the price of £89, it's solid value.

I enrolled in the beginner course with zero experience in paper folding. The first lesson covered basic valley and mountain folds, and within three sessions I was creating simple animals. By week four, I completed a modular kusudama ball with 30 individual units. The video tutorials are clear, with close-up shots of each step. I particularly valued the troubleshooting section where common mistakes are addressed. The instructor responds to questions within 24 hours, which helped when I got stuck on the reverse fold technique.

The course covers the basics well enough. I can now fold standard models like boats and frogs. The video quality is acceptable, though some angles could be better for complex folds. It took me eight weeks instead of the suggested six to complete, as some lessons needed multiple viewings. Decent for beginners, but intermediate students might want more challenging content.

I needed a creative outlet after work, and this course delivered exactly that. The lessons are structured logically, starting with simple folds and building up to intricate designs. I now spend my evenings making decorative pieces for my flat. The course materials include printable diagrams, which I keep in a binder for reference. Worth every penny of the £89 fee.

Signed up for the intermediate course after learning basics elsewhere. The content is comprehensive, covering wet-folding techniques and complex geometric patterns. I appreciated the section on paper selection, as it explained weight, texture, and how different papers affect the final model. The course took me seven weeks to complete, slightly longer than advertised, mainly because I repeated some lessons to perfect my technique. Customer support answered my technical questions promptly. Would recommend, though the platform could use a progress tracker.

I bought this course to reduce screen time and develop a hands-on hobby. The investment paid off within weeks. I can now create decorative boxes, animals, and flowers without following diagrams. The instructor's approach is methodical, breaking down each model into manageable steps. The forum community is helpful when you need advice on paper types or troubleshooting specific folds. I've already recommended this course to three colleagues.
